30 minute check-in session - $50
1 hour session - $80
1.5 hour session - $110
2 hour session - $150
Please note: Initial Assessment session is a required session and usually takes about 90 minutes.
Medicaid is accepted.
Cigna insurance is accepted. Triad EAP is accepted.
